Where is God in a Coronavirus World

On Thursday at 9pm another opportunity to see the World in Focus where Howard and Gordon interviewed Professor John Lennox, and the Reverend Tony Higton
Professor John Lennox is Emeritus Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, internationally renowned speaker, passionate defender of the Christian faith and author of several books on the interface of science, philosophy and religion.
Famously quoted for saying “far from science having buried God, not only do the results of science point towards his existence, but the scientific enterprise itself is validated by his existence.”
His most recent book, written in only a week 'Where is God in a Coronavirus world” has at its core the belief that a sovereign God not only helps us to make sense of, but also cope with and grow though the coronavirus outbreak and the changes it has brought in our life.
They will also be joined by the Reverend Tony Higton who has spent most of his life serving in the traditional church including a time as Rector of Christ Church Jerusalem.  A strong Christian leader he has many times taken a stand for his beliefs and inspired the Church along the way and this time is no different.

Don’t miss this chance to see this powerful and inspiring programme again and as the weeks have moved on we can look back and see once again the truth of what was shared and how it can continue to help us, as Christians, to look at this season through God’s eyes and react accordingly.

World in Focus – Thursday at 9pm – don’t miss it – repeated Saturday at 2pm.
